摘要
目的 :测定药物中的抗坏血酸含量。方法 :利用抗坏血酸对铁 (Ⅲ ) - 4- (2 -苯并噻唑偶氮 )邻苯二酚 -乳化剂OP络合物的还原作用 ,生成铁 (Ⅱ ) - 4- (2 -苯并噻唑偶氮 )邻苯二酚 -乳化剂OP络合物 ,使用分光光度法间接测定抗坏血酸。结果 :测定了抗坏血酸片和Vc注射液的含量 ,并与碘量法比较 ,同时还测定了标准回收率。结论 :此法方便快捷 ,测定含量与碘量法一致 。
Objective:To analyse the content of ascorbic acid in medicine.Methods:Ascorbic acid was determined by spectrophotometric method based on the formation of iron(Ⅱ)-4-(2-benzothiazolylazo) pyrocatechol-OP complex which was the product of the redox reaction between ascorbic acid and iron (Ⅲ)-4-(2-benzothiazolylazo) pyrocatechol-OP complex. The proposed method is rapid and satisfactory.Results:The content of Ascorbic Acid in medicines have been determined and compared with the results of iodine method.Conclution:The proposed method is rapid and satisfaction and the results is consistence with the iodine method.
