摘要
以扬麦系统的4个基因型为材料,通过3年连续选择,考察了11个性状的自然变异幅度和现实遗传力;根据不同选择压下的理论人选率和实际人选率对合宜的选择方法作了讨论。11个性状有不同程度的变异,其中遗传变异占总变异的比率因不同的性状变化在22％～66％之间。±OS是一比较合理的选择标准,以此标准选择可逐步提高群体的综合性状水平。在每基因型选择400～600个单株/年的规模下,有望选出综合性状更好的新品种。
The effect of pure-line selection in wheat breeding program was discused in this paper. Four genotypes of winter wheat were tested during. 1989～1991 to study natural variance and realistic heritability of 11 characters, and selecting effects were comparied in three selecting levels. It was shown that there was considerable variances in 11 characters, and the realistic heritabilily ranged from 22％～66％. Through analysis and comparision in three selecting levels we got a suitable selecting standard (when every character was over average (≥± OS) for an selecting excellent pure-line from 400～600 plants.
