摘要
提出了用单扫描示波极谱法测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中泛酸含量的新方法。基于在pH值为1.14,浓度为1.25×10-1mol/LHCl+1.20×10-2mol/LNaNO2+6.00×10-3mol/LNaAc底液中,泛酸的亚硝基衍生物于峰电位-1062mV左右出现一灵敏的极谱还原峰。泛酸的质量浓度在10~40mg/L范围内与峰电流有良好的线性关系,检出极限为1mg/L。将该法应用于测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中泛酸含量,结果令人满意,并用正交实验法确定了超声提取奶粉样品中泛酸的最佳条件。
A single sweep oscillopolargraphic method for determination pantothenic in the reinforcement food for infants was proposed.In the solution of HCl NaAc NaNO2(pH=1.14),the peak potential of the nitroso compund was -1062 mV.The socond order derivative peak current of the reduction wave is rectilinear to pantothenic concentration in the range of 10~40 mg/L (y=0.0579x+2.0467,r=0.9932),the detection limit is 1mg/L.This method has satisfactory reault in determining the pantorthenic acid in the reinforcement food for infants.Its recovery rate is between 97%and 101%.
