摘要
对香草醛在邻苯二甲酸氢钾 -硫酸肼底液中的极谱行为进行了探讨 ,提出了用示波极谱法测定香草醛的方法 .在上述底液中 ,香草醛与硫酸肼反应的产物在单扫描示波极谱仪上产生一灵敏的吸附波 ,峰电位为 - 1 .0 4 V(vs.SCE) .在 1 .0× 1 0 - 5— 3 .0× 1 0 - 3 mol/L内 ,峰电流与香草醛浓度呈良好的线性关系 ,检测下限为 1 .0× 1 0 - 5mol/L.
The behavior of polarographic wave of vanillin in potassium biphthalate-hydrazine sulfate solution is studied.A new method for the determination of vanillin by single-sweep oscillopolarography is developed.The reaction product of vanillin with hydrazine sulfate in the solution can be reduced at the mercury electrode with a sensitive adsorptive wave (E p=-1.04V, vs.SCE).The method has a good linear relation between the peak current and the concentration of vanillin in the range of 1.0×10 -5 -3.0×10 -3 mol/L.The detection limit is 1.0×10 -5 mol/L.
