摘要
通过对离心压缩机滑动轴承稳定性计算及分析,找出了压缩机开车振动偏高的原因,即开车时油温偏低导致压缩机组转子进入了不稳定工作区,进而诱发机组的振动突跳。采取了提高开车时的油温的方式降低润滑油的粘度,避免了转子开车时进入不稳定区,取得了较好的减振效果。
It was showed showed that the low temperature of the lubricant make the rotator entering the unsteady area by calculation of the journal bearings.The reason caused the compressor shut down was found out. the rotator entering the unsteady area was avoided by means of improving temperature of the lubricant and decreasing the viscosity of the lubricant in practice.
