摘要
采用HPLC法,对不同加工方法及不同产地山茱萸中马钱素含量变化进行了系统的研究,并以马钱素为参照物,提出较合理的产地加工流程为:采摘→净选→清洗→水煮软化 2倍水量,80℃保温5min →去核→干燥 60℃,连续干燥36h .
The contents of loganin in different cultivated forms,and different processing methods of Macrocarpium officinale were systematically studied in the experiments.According to the content of loganin,the optimal primary process of Macrocarpium officinale should be concluded as the following:cooked five minutes at 80 ℃ with four times water,then dried at 60 ℃ for 36 hours.
