摘要
目的 探讨端粒酶活性在妇科恶性肿瘤中的表达。方法 采用端粒酶重复序列扩增 -聚合酶链反应 (PCR-TRAP)方法分别检测 6 2例卵巢恶性肿瘤组织、4 5例腹水 /盆腔冲洗液 ;2 0例卵巢良性肿瘤组织、15例腹水 /盆腔冲洗液 ;2 0例卵巢正常组织、10例腹水 /盆腔冲洗液的端粒酶活性。结果 卵巢恶性肿瘤组织、腹水 /盆腔冲洗液的端粒酶阳性分别为 4 9例、2 7例。而卵巢良性肿瘤组织中只有 2例为阳性 ,腹水 /盆腔冲洗液者均为阴性 ,卵巢正常组织、腹水 /盆腔冲洗液中全部为阴性。结论 端粒酶活性与卵巢肿瘤病变的性质密切相关 ,卵巢肿瘤组织、腹水
Objective To explore the expression of telomerase activity in gynecological malignant tumors. Methods Telomere repeat amplication protocol was used to detect telomerase activity in 62 samples of ovarian malignant tumor tissues including 45 samples of ascites/pelvic cavity rinse liquid; 20 samples of ovarian benign tumor tissues including 15 samples of ascites/pelvic cavity rinse liquid and 20 samples of normal ovarian tissues including 10 samples of rinse liquid. Results The positive rate of telomerase activity was 79.03% (49 cases) in ovarian malignant tissues and 60.0% (27 cases) in the rinse liquid cases. Only 2 samples were positive in ovarian benign tumors and negative in the rinse liquid cases. All samples were negative in normal group.Conclusion The telomerase activity is closely correlated with the property of the ovarian tumor and the detection of the activity in ovarian tumor tissues, ascites/pelvic cavity rinse liquid is useful in early and differential diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumor.
