活性化焊剂对堆焊焊缝熔深的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在采用TIG焊接方法时 ,在奥氏体不锈钢的表面涂敷一层活性化焊剂进行焊接 ,会影响焊缝熔深的变化。研究结果表明 :在相同焊接工艺参数下 ,与普通TIG焊相比 ,涂敷活性化焊剂对焊缝熔深有一定的影响 ,A -TIG焊的焊缝熔深要明显大于普通TIG焊的焊缝熔深 ,并且不同的活性化焊剂成分对焊缝熔深有不同的影响 ,活性化焊剂F5可使堆焊焊缝熔深达到 6 .39mm。 The trawsform on the weld penetration depth are studied after welding the Austenitic steel of activated flux with TIG welding. The experimental results showed that under the same parameters, the activated flux affects the weld penetration depth, the penetration of A-TIG welding is better than that of traditional TIG welding, and the different chemical composition of activated flux has different effect on the weld penetration depth.The depth of penetration in welding surface may be 6.39mm.
