Applications and Prospects of Activating Fluxes to Welding

摘要 综述了活性剂在 A-TIG 焊、钎焊、电子束焊、FBTIG 焊、激光焊、以及 CO_2气体保护焊中的应用,探讨了活性剂在 A-TIG 焊、钎焊中的作用和机理,以及国内外活性剂的开发、应用和活化焊接技术的研究及发展中存在的问题和差距。 The applications of activating fluxes to A-TIG welding, electron beam welding, FBTIG welding, laser welding, CO2 arc welding and brazing are reviewed, and the development of activating welding technology is also prospected in this paper. Based on the analysis of the activating mechanism of the activating flux in the various welding process, some problems about the developing of the activating flux and activating welding technologies are discussed.
