韧性金属平面应变拉伸失稳与应变局部化的剪切效应

Shear Stress Effects on Plastic Instability and Starin Localization of Plane Strain Tension of Ductile metals

摘要 讨论了韧性金属平面应变拉伸失稳与应变局部化的剪切三轴效应。对常规平面应变大变形厚向应力表达式进行了修正,计入塑性域内剪应力的影响,采用文献[1]的有限元方法进行数值模拟,并与忽略这种剪切效应的常规方法计算结果进行比较。讨论了初始表面不均匀性对剪切效应的影响程度。 Shear stress effcts on plastic instability and strain localization of ductile metals under plane strain tension are discussed in this paper. By introduction of the shear stress in x-y plane into the general stress expression of finite deformation in z-direction, the constitutive equation of the elastic plastic large deformation based on the Updated Lasgrange Formulation is modified so as to more accurately simulate the tensile process of the plane strain finite deformation. In terms of the FEM in Ref. (1),the calculated results reflecting the shear stress effects are compared with those neglecting the effects. Lastly,the influence of the initial imperfection of the shear stress is studied as well.
