摘要 研究大型复杂汽车覆盖件的冲压加工时,经常在金属薄板表面制出圆网格进行变形分析.板材冲压加工后,网格变成椭圆.本文对变形椭圆的选择及颈缩或裂纹的形式,进行了详尽分析,给出拉伸失稳极限应变的计算方法.结果表明,该法得出的失稳应变与实验结果相符合,并可结合成形极限图在生产中应用. Circle grids are usually made on the surface of sheet metal to analyse deformationwhen we study the stamping of large and complicated panels and these circle grids will deforminto ellipses after metal working.The choice of deformed ellipses and the styles of necking orcracking are analysed in detail in this paper while the result shows that the strain in instabilitycalculated in this way coincides with the experiment and can be put into practice by use of FLD.
