摘要
实验研究了GaAlAs膜反射谱的注入载流子感生变化,给出不同浓度载流子注入后膜反射谱变化曲线及其与注入载流子浓度的关系曲线。
The variation of reflectance spectrum induced by injection carrier in GaAlAs film is studied experimentally. The variation curves of reflectance spectrum after the carrier With the different concentration in GaAlAs film are given . This paper also gives the relation curve between the reflectance spectrum change and injection carrier concentration.
