摘要
本文介绍了在铸件充型凝固过程数值模拟前后处理中可能遇到的问题及其解决办法。采用VisualC++6 0编程语言开发出了基于STL文件的前后处理软件。完成了对三维实体的快速、准确的有限差分网格剖分,并利用OpenGL技术实现了对STL实体和剖分后的网格实体的正确显示和变换,以及充型凝固过程中温度场和速度场的动态显示。实际应用验证了该技术的实用性和有效性。
In this paper,the problems that may occur in the pre-processing and post-processing of the numerical simulation of mold filling and solidification processes of castings and their solutions are introduced.By using the Visual C++6.0 programming language,the pre-processing and post-processing software based on STL files have been developed.The 3D finite difference mesh generation can be done accurately and rapidly.In addition,the OpenGL technology can be applied to realize the display and transformation of STL solid and mesh solid,and the dynamic display of temperature fields and velocity fields during the mold filling and solidification processes.The practicality and efficiency of the technology have been verified through practical applications.
