摘要
设计了用于综合开采设备的高锰钢的化学成分.并研究了金相组织、晶拉度以及抗裂性等。试验结果表明,该新型高锰钢具有较高的抗裂性,良好的焊接性,采用该钢焊接的异种钢焊接接头具有高的力学性能;并为其它场合下焊接用高锰钢的选材提供了依据。
In this research designed chemical constitution of high-manganese steel for comprehensive mining machine equipment,and researched metallograghic structure, grain and crack resistance etc. The test results show new type high-manganese steel possess higher crack resistance and satisfactory weldability. That adopt this steel welded difference steel.and possess high mechanical properties of the welded joint. The experimental results offer a basis,that is welded high-manganese steel for the other occasion.
