摘要
热疲劳是热作模具的主要失效形式之一。现以3Cr2W8V钢为基体,化学沉积钴磷合金。用自制的自约束型热疲劳试验机对镀层进行了25℃(?)680℃的热疲劳试验,用光学显微镜和扫描电镜研究了热疲劳裂纹在镀层的萌生与扩展特征,探讨了热处理对镀层热疲劳抗力的影响,还比较了镀与未镀钴磷合金的3Cr2W8V钢热疲劳寿命。这些结果为化学沉积在热作模具上的应用提供了理论依据。
The thermal fatigue is one of the main failure forms of hot-work die. In this paper, Co-P alloy has been plated on 3Cr2W8V steel. The test of 25℃ 680℃ thermal fatigue has been made by means of self-made and selfstrained machine, the thermal fatigue crack initiation and propagation have been observed under MIC and SEM, the effect of heat treatment on the thermal fatigue resistance of this plating has been studied, and the thermal lifes of Co-P plated 3Cr2W8V steel with those of 3Cr2W8V steel without Co-P plating are compared. These results provide a thoretical basis for the further use of Co-P electroless plating in hot-work dies.
