摘要
针对某铸造厂烘干炉产生的臭气污染问题 ,对现场展开了污染源调查和烟气系统的测试。在实验室内模拟烘干炉加热 ,排气过程进行小试模拟实验 ,同时检验了三套实验工艺的治理效果 ,取得了相关的设计参数。确定了工艺流程后 ,依据调查得到的原系统参数和实验结果 ,设计了治理系统。利用SP—501N型气相色谱仪对烟气系统测试分析 ,结果表明 ,烟气中有机物的去除率为93.5 % ,系统运行良好 ,解决了臭气污染问题。
Based on the effluvium pollution of baker in casting factory,the pollution source was investigated,and the gas system was tested.The heating and exhausting process was simulated for small scale of simulated experiment in the Lab.The effect of three technologies was examined,and related parameters were achieved.After determination,the treatment system was designed according to system parameters and tested result.The gas system was tested and analyzed by gas chromatograph spectrometer.The result shows:the remove effect of organic compound reached 93.5%,the treatment system runs well,and the effluvium pollution has been solved.
