摘要
目的 探讨髋关节置换治疗股骨颈骨折、股骨头坏死的疗效。方法 对 4 5例股骨颈骨折及股骨头坏死 (其中 38例股骨颈骨折 ,7例股骨头坏死 ) (Marous分期IV～V期 ) ,选择髋关节置换治疗 (包括人工股骨头置换和全髋关节置换 )作回顾性分析总结。结果 股骨骨折 2例 ,异位骨化 2例 ,1例术后第六天因急性肾衰死亡 ,4 4例Harris评分优良率 91%。结论 髋关节置换治疗股骨颈骨折、晚期股骨头坏死能够取得满意疗效 。
Objective To study the curing effect of the hip arthroplasty on femoral neck fracture and avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of 38 cases of femoral nec k fracture, 7 cases of femoral necrosis (IV～V stage for Marous), treated by hip arthroplasty (including total hip arthroplasty and artificial head plasty). Results 2 cases femoral fracture, 2 cases ectopic ossification, 1 c ase die for acute renal failure in 6 days after operation. The excellent rate is 91% by total scores (Harris) in 44 cases. Conclusions The curi ng effect on femoral neck fracture, terminal avascular necrosis treated by hip a rthroplasty is satisfactory, the quality of patent's life can be improved.
