摘要
目的 探讨超声心动图从病理形态方面诊断室间隔缺损 (VSD)部位的价值。方法 根据VSD病理形态研究结果 ,参照Sutherland等方法进行VSD部位的超声诊断及分类 ,并与手术诊断结果比较。结果 超声诊断与手术诊断结果的总符合率为 99.2 %。结论 此分类法和传统分类方法相比 ,与外科手术结合更紧密 ,大大提高了准确性和术前诊断水平 ,为临床提供了关于VSD的部位、大小、周边组织及伴发肺动脉高压的规律等详尽资料。在估计VSD自然闭合的机会、选择手术时机、心脏切口及手术时避免损伤传导束等方面比传统分类法更具实用性及直观性 ,适合心超、心内科。
Objective To explore the value of diagnosing ventricular septal defect(VSD)position associating with pathomorphology by using echocardiography.Methods According to the pathomorphologic results of VSD carried on ultrvasound diagnosing and classification of the VSD position according to Sutherland,etc.,and compared with the operation results.Results Compared the diagnosing result of the echocardiography with the findings in operation, the total coincidence rate was 99.2%.Conclusion This classification is closer to the findings in operation compared with traditional categorised method,and has improved accuracy greatly,offers comprehensive datas for clinical,such as the position,size,peripheral tissue about VSD and the regularity of pulmonary hypeotension etc.
