摘要
作者对100例先天性心脏病患者,以手术诊断为金标准,计算超声多普勒、心导管和心血管造影三种检查结果的敏感性和特异性,并进行成本效果分析。结果发现,三种检查的特异性均较高,敏感性间无显著性差异(P>0.05);导管和造影的成本效果比均明显大于超声多普勒。作者认为超声多普勒应列为诊断常见先天性心脏病的首选检查方法。
To compare the costs and effectivenessesof 2-dimnesional/Doppler echocardiography(2D/DE), cardiac odhbeizat1on (CC) andangiography (CA) in the evaluation of car-diac anatomy in patAnts with congenita1bort dM, thffe ttw kinds of eXami-natiOns were PerforIned in 100 pathas be-be o^ton.
