转化生长因子β及其在青光眼术后滤过泡瘢痕化中作用的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 转化生长因子β(Transforming growth factor β,TGFβ)在青光眼滤过泡瘢痕化形成的病理过程中具有重要作用。本文就目前有关TGFβ的生物学特性、TGFβ在青光眼滤过泡瘢痕形成中的作用、可能的作用机理以及TGFβ拮抗剂在防治青光眼滤过泡瘢痕化中应用等方面的研究作一介绍。
