摘要
阐述了新型螺旋振动旧砂再生成套装置的基本原理和特点,介绍了成套装置的组成、生产使用情况和良好的效果.该再生机是利用两台对称交叉安装的振动电机所产生的螺旋振动,使砂块和砂粒振动、碰撞、摩擦而溃散和除膜再生.文中分析了再生机理和受力状态,并推导了力的表达式.
This paper is concerned with the basic principle and features of a new-type used sand reclaiming outfit with spiral vibration. The components of the outfit and the results of application in production are given. Two vibration-type motors are installed in cross symmetry to to excite spiral vibration and the sand blocks and grains are cracked and reclaimed after removal of the film due to vibration, collision and friction. The mechanism of reclamation and the stressed condition are discussed with an expression for the force derived.
