介绍了试验机的结构和工作原理,并对参数调整机构的设计作了详细论述。通过对粘土砂、树脂砂和水玻璃砂旧砂再生实验结果的分析,充分证明螺旋振动旧砂再生试验机是一台很好的实验设备,将为实际生产用新型旧砂再生设备提供设计依据。
The thesis introduces the Structure and working principle of the experimental spiral vibrating machine and discusses in detail the design of adjustableparameter mechanism. By means of analysing the experiment results of clay sand. resin sand and sodium-silicate used sand reclamation, the thesis fully proves that spiral vibrating used sand reclamation experimental machine is a very good equipment for expriment and it serves as a basis for designing a new type of used sand reclamation equipment for practical production.
