摘要
研究了Mn基铁氧体的阻温特性,讨论了过铁含量、Ti^(4+)离子及工艺对Mn基铁氧体电阻率ρ和材料参数B的影响.通过改变铁离子氧化状态、掺杂及淬火工艺、改变Mn基铁氧体的整体电阻率ρ和材料参数B.
The temperature-resistance characteristic of Mn-based ferrites is investigated. The total resistivity of Mn-based ferrites and material parameter B can be altered by changing the oxidized state of Fe-ion, the addition of impurities and the quenching process. In general, the value B of Mn-based ferrites is lower than that of the conventional MnNiCo material at the same resistivity. As a remedy, the Mn-based ferrite tablets are quenched in air and a bigh cesistive ferrite tablet for NTC thermistors exhibits similar properties as those of MnNiCo-ox-ide,that is,a lower apparent resistivity p25℃ and a high B.
