摘要
作者用手术致Wistar大鼠胰管梗阻并促胰腺高分泌造成间质性胰腺炎,当同时静注高分子右旋糖酐时可产生急性坏死性胰腺炎。提示:高分子右旋糖酐增加血液粘度,红细胞聚集及降低红细胞变形性,造成胰腺微循环紊乱促使胰腺坏死。作者认为:血液流变学异常在促使胰腺炎从间质性向坏死性发展过程中具有重要意义。
The role of hemorheologicdisturbance in experimental acute pan-creatitis was studied in Wistar male rats.It was found that pancreatic duct obstruc-tion with secretin stimulation couldinduce acute interstitial pancreatitis(AIP),but when high molecular dextranintravenous injection being added. acutenecrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) was in-duced. The authors suggest that the highmolecular dextran can increase bloodviscosity, aggregation of erythrocytes anddecrease erythrocyte deformability, whichresults in pancreatic microcirculatorydisturbances and promotes progressivepancreatic necrosis. Hemorheologic dis- turbance is one of the key factors in the pathogen esis of ANP.
