摘要
介绍了筛网结构的发展现状和悬臂筛网的结构特点 ;分别从悬臂筛棒的二次振动、透筛概率和物料与筛网的冲刷作用三个方面讨论了悬臂筛网的筛分机理 ,为悬臂筛网结构的优化和进一步设计提供了理论依据 ;综合悬臂筛网和其他筛网结构的优势 。
The structural characteristics of cantilever screen and the development of screens of industrial utility were described. The research about the sifting mechanism of cantilever screen below, which offers a sound theoretical base for its optimization and further development, can be divided into three parts: the secondary vibration of the cantilever, screening probability and washing effects of the material. At last, a comparison among cantilever and other screen was carried out and pointing out the way to further cantilever screen design.
