摘要
为了探讨生长激素(GH)在免疫调节中的作用,对去垂体大鼠GH治疗前、后的免疫功能指标进行了观察.结果显示:(1)去垂体鼠淋巴细胞数量,NK细胞活性,IL—la和IL—2活性均明显下降,甲状腺素和氢化可的松治疗不能改善上述憎况,而合并使用GH可使上述指标得到不同程度的恢复;(2)去垂体鼠LPS诱导的巨噬细胞合成TNFa明显降低,肺巨噬细胞TNFa mRNA表达亦大幅下降,甲状腺素和氢化可的松对TNFa合成无明显作用,而GH可使用去垂体鼠LPS诱导的TNFa合成增高2.5倍以上,巨噬细胞TNFa mRNA表达亦明显增高.认为GH在去垂体鼠中有一定的免疫调节作用.
To study the effect of growth hormone (GH) on immune system. We measured some immune parameters in hypophysectomized rats before and after GH therapy. The results showed: ① Hypophysectomized rats exhibited cellular depletion in spleen, areduction in spleen NK cell activity and adecreased IL-la and IL-2 activities;② Thyroxine and hydrocortisone did not alter the response of these rats, while a recovery of all the parameters was found with pH in combination;③ A reduction in macrophage production of TNFa in vitro stimulated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and extramly decreased lung macrophage TNFa mRNA levels were observed, these changes could be markekly increased with GH, but not thyroxine and hydrocortisone. Our data supported the findings of earlier reports that some relationship exists between GH and the immune system.
