摘要 目的 探讨超声衰减成像技术 (UAI)定量评估肝纤维化的可能性。方法 测量 66例肝胆疾病患者肝组织超声衰减成像的校正衰减值 ,并与肝纤维化分级病理诊断结果相比较。结果 校正衰减值随肝纤维化分级加大而逐渐增大 ,两者有良好相关性 (r =0 .70 2 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。轻、中、重度肝纤维化组间校正衰减值有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 校正衰减值能反映肝纤维化的程度 。 ObjectiveTo investigate the feasibility of quantitatively assessing hepatic fibrosis by ultrasonic tissue attenuation imaging (UAI). MethodsCorrected attenuation values in UAI were measured in 66 patients with hepatobiliary diseases before operation, and the results were compared with histological quantitative grading for hepatic fibrosis. ResultsCorrected attenuation values correlated significantly with the histological quantitative grading ( r =0.702, P <0.001). The difference of values among the groups of mild, middle and severe fibrosis were statistically significant ( P <0.05). ConclusionCorrected attenuation value can be used for quantitatively assessing hepatic fibrosis.
