摘要
电子政务的核心价值之一就是要从根本上改善政府部门的公共服务,本文基于此思想,并运用客户关系管理(CRM)的基本理念阐述了电子政务建设给政府带来的好处以及客户关系管理(CRM)在政府服务领域的应用的价值。
Onc of the core values of the electronic gov-
ernment affair (EGA) is to improve The public service of the
government fundamentally. Based on this idca and using cus-
tomer relationship managcment (CRM). this article analyzes
the advantages brought to government by building EGA and
the values of CRM applied to the field of government serv-
ice.
