知识创新是组织适应外部环境变化和组织自身发展的需要。本文首先分析了组织知识创新的环境诱因和内部动力 ;然后研究了组织知识创新的过程 ;最后 。
In order to adapt the change of environment and its development,organizations should continuously set up new organizational knowledge.Firstly,the paper analyzes the environmental inducement and the inter drives,then studies the process of organizational knowledge innovation,and lastly the obstacles and measures are analyzed in the process of organizational knowledge innovation.
