摘要
建立完善而又简明的指标体系 ,是任何实用、有效的定量与半定量评价工作的基本前提和重要基础。本文所建立的“矿山危机程度评价指标体系” ,针对矿山危机程度评价的实际需要、考虑评价方法的可操作性、兼顾指标体系的完整性以及成果应用的广泛性 ,将涉及矿山危机程度评价的有关指标划分为基本评价指标和主要评价指标两大部分 。
It is the basic prerequisite and important foundation to establish perfect and concise index system for any practical and effective evaluation with the quantitative or semi quantitative way. Considering of the actual need of mining crisis level evaluation job, the operability of evaluation technique and the integrity of index system as well as the extensiveness of accomplishment application, this paper establishes an index system of mining crisis level evaluation, which includes the basic evaluation indexes and major evaluation indexes. This paper respectively summarizes the concept and calculation methods for above indexes.
