铝合金激光-电弧复合焊接研究现状与进展 被引量:9

摘要 激光-电弧复合焊接综合了激光焊和电弧焊的优势,该技术对于铝合金结构件的连接具有很大的应用潜力,受到了越来越广泛的重视,是激光焊接领域重点研究方向之一。文中详细综述和分析了激光与不同种类电弧复合焊接铝合金的工艺特征,着重阐明了激光-电弧复合焊接机理的研究现状,同时指出相关研究存在的问题和进一步的研究方向,介绍了铝合金激光-电弧复合焊接在工业中的应用,并对激光-电弧复合焊接的应用前景进行了展望。 Laser - arc hybrid welding combines the advantages of laser welding and arc welding,and the technology has great potential and prospects for welding of the aluminum alloy structure.A detailed overview and analysis of process characteristics of laser and different types of arc hybrid welding of aluminum alloy was carried out.The interaction mechanism in laser - arc hybrid welding was emphatically illustrated, and the application status was introduced.The problems and research trends were also pointed out.Finally,the research and application outlook were forecasted.
