摘要
在对小流域森林生态环境综合分析、评价的基础上,针对小流域治理的6大关键技术问题:水土流失治理、更新造林、森林利用及结构调整、植被保护、治理预测及流域信息管理,采用信息系统建立的技术路线,以VisualFoxpro6 0及Areview3 2为运行平台,建立了一个原型化、可操作性强的小流域森林生态环境治理决策支持系统 实现了从合理年伐量计算、采伐地点确定到专业报表输出;从造林规模确定、造林地点确定,造林树种选择、造林技术措施查询、造林投资概算到相关报表输出的自动化技术。
In terms of 6 key technical problems dealing with watershed harness : soil and water loss harness; vegetation rehabilitation; forest utilization and structure regulation; protection for vegetation; prediction for the result of watershed harness; watershed information management, by using technical route for establishing information system, a Decision Support System for forest eco-environment of Jiuxuhe , which has characters of manipulative and friendly interface, was established based on the platforms of Visual Foxpro 6.0 and Areview 3.2. That system was able to automatically complete the calculation of forest cutting volume, the choice of cutting site and export of report forms. Also the system can automatically implement the calculation of plantation size, the choices of plantation site and species, query of silviculture techniques and investment budget.
