摘要
经过神经外科医生 1个多世纪的努力 ,垂体腺瘤的外科手术治疗由晚期患者改善视力视野为目的 ,发展到目前的早期诊断恢复内分泌功能为目的。手术方法由原来经颅直视手术发展到今天的经蝶显微手术为主 ,使垂体腺瘤治疗成为颅内肿瘤治疗最趋完善 。
Pituitary adenomas surgery operation have made the earlier period diagnosis patient recover endocrine function today,while the late period patient only be aimed to improve sight before.Operation methods have been changed from transcranial opertion to transsphenoidal microoperation.Pituitary adenoma surgery operation has become the most consummate and effective method among intrcranial operation.
