神经干细胞在脊髓损伤修复中的应用研究进展

摘要 脊髓损伤修复是世界性的难题与研究重点,神经干细胞的发现给神经损伤的修复带来了新的希望。近年来研究表明具有多向分化潜能的神经干细胞存在于神经系统的多个区域,且外源性神经干细胞能够适应性地与宿主中枢神经整合。本文作者就脊髓损伤的机制、神经干细胞的基本特性及其在脊髓损伤修复中潜在应用前景进行了综述。
