摘要
目的 探讨照射致弱的日本血吸虫尾蚴感染后小鼠皮肤组织中 CD11c分子的表达及在感染早期的动态变化。方法 2 4只小鼠分为两组 ,一组感染正常尾蚴 10 0条 ,一组感染紫外线照射致弱的尾蚴 10 0条 ,于感染后的第 1、2、6、8、10天取感染处的皮肤组织 ,应用免疫组织化学技术观察感染处皮肤组织中 CD11c分子的表达 ,并分析其动态变化。结果 小鼠感染处皮肤组织中有 CD11c分子的表达。感染正常和致弱尾蚴的小鼠皮肤组织内 CD11c分子的表达都于第 2天达到高峰 ,且致弱尾蚴组较正常尾蚴组高。感染后第 4~ 10天 ,两组中 CD11c表达都逐渐下降。结论 照射致弱的血吸虫尾蚴感染小鼠的皮肤组织高表达 CD11c分子。
Objective To detect the kinet ic expression of CD11c in the skin of mice exposed to attenuated cercariae of Schistosoma japonicum. Methods Twenty-four mice were divided into 2 groups and exposed to 100 atte n uated cercariae and equal number of normal cercariae respectively. The skin expo sed t o cercariae was eviscerated in day 1, 2, 6, 8, 10 after infection. The SABC immu nohistochemistry was applied to detect the kinetic expression of CD11c in the sk in. Results The CD11c has been detected and it reached the peak on the 2nd day both in the skin exposed to attenuated cercariae and the nor mal ones. The expression level of CD11c in the skin of mice exposed to attenuate d cerc ariae was significantly higher than that in the skin exposed to normal cercariae . The level of CD11c in both groups decreased from the 4th day to 10th day after inf ection. Conclusion CD11c is highly expressed in the skin of mice exposed to attenuated cercariae of Schistosoma japonicum.
