摘要
本文通过对数字化文献的界定 ,分析了数字化文献在传播过程中涉及的侵权行为以及国内外对数字化文献传播中的法律控制现状和存在的问题 ,并对我国数字化文献方面的立法问题提出了一些建议。
Having defined the concept of the digital document,this article analyzes the tort concerned in the course of digital document,and the status quo of law control in the course of the digital document communication at home and abroad along with the existing problems.Then the article puts forward proposals on law making of the digital document in China.
