HBV基因型的检测及其临床意义的探讨 被引量:12

摘要 目的 了解HBV基因型在慢性乙肝中与肝功能损伤、病毒复制水平的关系 ,为初步估计病情预后提供新的思路和依据。方法 对53例HBV感染患者血清HBV -DNA进行了基因分型 ,同时检测肝功能 ,HBV -DNA病毒复制载量 ,分析相互之间的关系。结果 检测到B型为35例 (66.03% ) ,C型18例 (33.97 % ) ;重度慢性乙肝组的C基因型比例高于轻、中度慢乙肝组 ( p<0.05) ;C型谷丙转氨酶水平、胆红素水平均高于B型 ( p<0.05) ;而C型HBV -DNA病毒复制水平与B型HBV -DNA病毒复制水平比较无明显差异 ( p>0.05)。结论重度慢性乙肝组的C基因型比例高于轻、中度慢乙肝组 ,C基因型肝损比B基因型严重 ,而两者HBV Objective To explore the relationship between genotype of HBV and the level of hypohepatia and virus copy in chronic hepatitis B patients to provide novel thought and basis for evaluating prognosis. Methods In53HBV infected patients,Serum HBV-DNA genotype was classified,meantime the HBV-DNA copy quantity and liver function was tested.The relation of themwas analysed. Results There were35(66.03%)cases of type B and18(33.97%)cases of type C.The ratio of type C in severe group of chronic hepatitis B patients was higher than that in mild and the moderate group(p<0.05).Comparing with the type B,the levels of ALTand TBiLwere higher in type C(p<0.05);but the levels of HBV-DNA copy has no obviously difference(p>0.05). Conclusion The ratio of type C in severe group of chronic hepatitis B patients was higher than that of mild and the moderate group.The hypohepatia in patients with genotype C is more severe than genotype B.But for the levels of HBV-DNA copy,there had no obviously difference.
