摘要
目的 研究云草宁 (YCN)对大鼠营养性肥胖症的预防作用。方法 选用刚离乳健康SD大鼠 5 0只 ,随机分成 5组 ,分别为对照组、模型组、预防性治疗组 (分别为大、中、小 3个剂量组 )。测定 4 5d后大鼠体重、尾长、Lee’s指数、生殖腺周围脂肪组织的重量和脂肪细胞数以及血清总胆固醇 (Tch)、甘油三酯 (TG)、总蛋白、谷丙转氨酶 (SGPT)、血糖。结果 预防性治疗组与模型组相比大鼠的体重、Lee’s指数、生殖腺周围脂肪组织重量、脂肪细胞数、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。
OBJECTIVE To study the preventive effect of YCN on nutritional obesity of rats.METHOD The health SD rats which were just weaned were divided into five groups. They were control group, model group and treatment groups. In the treatment groups they were divided into three dosage groups (200%,100%,50%). After 45 days, the following parameters were examined: rat weight, the weight of the fat tissue around the gonads and the amount of the fat cells, the Lee's index of rats, the serum Tch, TG, SGPT, blood sugar and the total protein of serum.RESULTS YCN could decrease the rat weight, the weight of the fat tissue around the gonads, Lee's index and the serum Tch, TG(P<0.05).CONCLUSION YCN can prevent the rats from nutritional obesity.
