亚麻籽油对营养肥胖大鼠的降脂减肥作用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察亚麻籽油对营养肥胖型大鼠的降脂减肥作用。方法将大鼠分为空白对照组(等容生理盐水)、模型对照组(等容生理盐水)和亚麻籽油高、中、低剂量组(250、125、50mg/kg),灌胃喂药,连续30d。检测大鼠体重、Lee's指数、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。结果与模型组比较,亚麻籽油高、中剂量组大鼠体重明显降低(P<0.05),亚麻籽油高剂量组大鼠Lee's指数显著降低(P<0.05);亚麻籽油高、中、低量剂组大鼠血清TG含量显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);亚麻籽油高、中剂量组大鼠血清TC含量显著降低(P<0.05);亚麻籽油高、中、低剂量组大鼠血清HDL-C含量显著升高(P<0.05)。结论亚麻籽油对营养肥胖型大鼠有降脂减肥的作用。 Objective To study the role of lipid - lowering and losing weight of flaxseed oil on the nutritional obese rats. Methods : The nutritional obesity rat model was established and then divided into 6groups : blank control group (constant volume normal saline), model group ( constant volume normal saline) and flaxseed oil high - dose groups , medium - dose, low - dose groups (250,125,50 mg kg - 1 ). They were given drugs intragas - trically once a day for 30 consecutive days. The amount of increasing weight, Lee index were observed. The con- tents of total cholesterol ( TC), triglyceride( TG), high - density lipoprotein( HDL - C) were assayed. Results : Compared with model group, the body weight of flaxseed oil high- dose,medium- dose groups were decreased significantly(P 〈0.05 ) ,Lee's index of flaxseed oil high - dose group were decreased significantly( P 〈 0.05 ) ,TG of flaxseed oil high -dose , medium -dose, low -dose groups were decreased signif- icantly( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ) ,TC of flaxseed oil high - dose , medium - dose groups were decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ), HDL - C of flaxseed oil high - dose , medium - dose and low - dose groups were increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : fiaxseed oil plays the role of lipid - lowering and losing weight on nutritional obese rats.
