摘要
利用野败型不育系缙1A对33份美国稻的恢保关系进行了测定,观测了F1的小穗育性。结果表明,在美国稻种中存在着对野败雄性不育育性恢复程度不同的品种,鉴定出了2份具有高恢复力、10份具有保持能力的材料,可为在重庆选育优良"三系"杂交稻亲本提供优良资源。
Wild abortion (WA) type CMS line Jin 1A was used to test-cross with 33 American rice varieties and F_1 pollen fertility was tested. Differences were noticed among the American rice varieties in restoring the WA type CMS line, two varieties having high restoring ability and 10 having high maintaining ability. They are recommended to be used in three-line breeding of rice in Chongqing.
