摘要
文章主要论述在社会经济发展过程中 ,农民土地被征用带来土地货币化这一现象对农村地区可持续发展的影响。基本观点是 :土地货币化对失地农民的生存带来了巨大的挑战 ,加速了农村地区的贫富分化 ,同时也给这些地区的生态环境带来了很大的压力 ;要在土地货币化背景下实现农村地区的可持续发展 ,需要对征地机制、失地农民的基本生存保障、生态环境保护等政策进行必要的调整 ,包括吸收发达国家在工业化过程中所提供的经验 。
Levy of farmland in the development of social and economic development results in land monetization. This imposes a severe challenge on the survival of the farmers who have lost their land, accelerates the differentiation between the rich and the poor, and creates a great ecological pressure in the related regions. The paper argues that readjustment must be made in the respects of the mechanism of land levy, guarantee of the basic survival conditions for the farmer households, and ecological environment protection if a sustainable development is to be realized in these regions.
