摘要
近代国立大学教师的聘任问题,不仅是一个复杂且尚需深入研究的问题,也是一个极具现实意义的问题。民国初年至抗战前夕,政府对大学教师的聘任进行了制度规范,国立大学在实际操作时也有相应的政策,或规定或按照对学术成果的判定来鉴别受聘者是否有真才实学。但政府制度运作和大学实际操作之间在很多方面存在着不同程度的分歧。
Teachers' appointment in modern national universities is a complex problem.It needs much further study.Besides,this problem possesses the realistic meaning in the current society.From the early period of Republic of China to the War of Resistance against Japan,the government has made rules for the teachers'appointment.And national universities still have their actual appointments.In a word,they judge the appointed by the academic achievement.But there are many differences between government's policy and the actual operation of national universities.
