摘要
创新是高等教育发展的灵魂。高等学校作为高级人才的摇篮,如何培养能适应社会发展需要、具有创新精神、创新思维的人才,怎样按照新时期社会对人才的培养要求实施创新教育,提高教师创新素质是当前高等学校教师队伍建设的重要任务。
Innovation is the soul of the development higher education. Higher education institutions are the cradle of talents.
