摘要
高校教师岗前培训是对即将从事教学、教育工作的教师进行的培训,是国家为加强高等学校教师队伍建设,保证教师队伍整体素质的重要举措。加强教师岗前培训,是现代教育、教师职业的需要,也是取得高校教师资格的需要。我们应采取理论学习、榜样示范、技能训练、闭卷考核四种措施来加强教师岗前培训。
Teachers＇ training before taking teaching position aims at teachers who are going to teach .Teachers＇ training is so important that our country enhance leachers＇ team construction and ensure teachers＇team quality.It is imdispensable to strengthen teachers＇ training before taking teaching position for modern educstion .teachers＇ profession and acquiring teachers＇ qualification .We should take measures ,such as studying theories.setting examples as modeles.examination by closing books.to strengthen the training.
