摘要
目的 :研究食管癌环氧化酶 - 2 (COX - 2 )的表达与增殖细胞核抗原以及凋亡的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化方法检测96例食管癌组织和 2 0例对照组中的COX - 2、bcl- 2和PCNA ,同时用末端脱氧核苷酸转移介导的dUTP缺口末端标记法(TUNEL法 )进行原位凋亡检测 ,并计算增殖指数 (proliferationindexPI)和凋亡指数 (apoptoticindexAI)。 结果 :96例食管癌组织中的COX - 2和bcl- 2表达升高 ,PI为 72 .2 0 % ,AI为 8.6 7% ,COX - 2、PI和AI与肿瘤的淋巴结转移、血管的浸润以及临床分期密切相关。结论 :COX - 2通过上调bcl-
Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 and proliferation and apoptosis in esophageal carcinoma.Methods:A total of 96 patients and 20 control patients were studied,the expression of COX-2 and bcl-2 and PCNA were examined by immunohistochemistry,the apoptosis was determined by counting the number of cells labeled by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL)method.The proliferation index(PI) and apoptotic index(AI) were calculated.Results:Expression of COX-2 and bcl-2 in carcinoma tissue were significantly higher than those in normal control tissue( P <0.05).Expression of AI in carcinoma tissue was significantly lower than those in normal control tissue.Expression of COX-2 and PI were highly correlated with lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion and stage of cancer.Conclusion:COX-2 can enhance the cell proliferation and suppress apoptosis and induce the esophageal carcinoma by up-regulated bcl-2.
