摘要
职业技术学校青年教师应具备什么样的素质以及如何加强青年教师的培养是当前职业学校普遍存在的问题。这些素质主要有政治思想素质、科学文化素质、能力素质、心理素质、身体素质五个方面。在素质培养上则应做到高标准、严要求、经常化、制度化和科学化。
At present, what kind of quality the young teachers have and how to cultivate the yourg teachers are common problems in the vocational and technical school. These qualities are included ideology, science and culture, atility, psychology and health quality etc. We must pay attention to cultivate these qualities with high standard, strict demand, regular practice,regalarization and scientificization.
