摘要
现代远程开放教育 ,把函授教育、广播电视教育、计算机网络教育和多媒体应用技术等多种现代教育手段结合起来综合应用 ,创建一个供学习者自由选择学习方式、学习进度、学习时间和地点等灵活自主的学习条件。电大分校如何从管理体系、媒体资源、交互手段、师资队伍、实践基地等方面做好现代远程开放教育的教学支持服务工作 ,具有重要的现实意义。
Modern and open distance education combines correspondence education, Radio and TV education and multi-media technique together and provides a flexible self-regulated learning environment for learners to choose their learning method, to plan their learning rate, time and arrange their learning places. How a branch school provides a better instructional support service in modern and open distance education in terms of management system, media resources, interactive means, teaching staff and practice base is of great realistic significance.
