摘要
采用CIDR+FSH方法,对66只周岁波尔山羊进行超数排卵处理,63只超数排卵有效,有效率达到95.45%;平均每只羊冲取胚胎15.35枚,其中最高个体获得胚胎43枚。采用CIDR+PMSG方法对本地山羊进行同期发情处理,24h内发情率达到87.67%。对受体羊单胚移植后,两个情期的不返情率达62.76%,实际产羔率为51.46%。受体羊与供体羊的发情时间同步、晚12h、晚24h,胚胎移植受胎率差异不大,受体羊第二次手术与第一次手术移植对产羔率影响不大。
CLDR+FSH method was applied in superovulation treatment for 66 one-year old Boer goats.The superovulation for 63 goats was effective and the efficiency rate was 95.45%.An average of 15.35 eggs for each doe could be got through washing and the maximum was 43 embryos for an individual doe.With the method of CLRD+PMSG applied in estrus synchronization for the local goat,estrus rate in 24h was 87.76%.After single embryo trausfer for receptor doe,the rate of non returning to service was as high as 62.76% and the actural lambing ratio was 51.46%.The difference of pregnancy rate of embryo transfer between receptor and donor does of synchronized estrus,12h late,24h late were not so significiant and affection of the second or the first operation was not so big to receptor doe.
