山羊2-细胞胚胎的电融合试验 被引量:2

摘要 对山羊2-细胞胚胎的电融合参数进行了研究。结果表明,从融合率、卵裂率、胚胎死亡率三个指标综合衡量,电场强度1.2kV/cm,脉冲时程40μs是适宜的参数。 This research mainly dealed with the optimal electrofusion parameters for goat 2-cell embryonic cells.The result showed that the direct current field strength of 1.2 kV/cm and duration of 40 μs were optimal,from the overall view of fusion, cleavage and embryo death rate.
