摘要
彩电产品的价格战对提高我国彩电企业的竞争力起到了不可磨灭的作用 ,但是随着我国彩电市场的价格需求弹性越来越小 ,价格战作为企业的一种主要的竞争手段日益凸现出其局限性。基于顾客价值的竞争战略 ,在对我国彩电产品价格战历程分析后可以看出 ,随着竞争环境的变化 ,企业只有彻底摒弃传统的竞争战略逻辑 ,树立基于顾客价值的竞争战略逻辑 ,才能走出价格战的“竞争困境” 。
The price war of our color-TV has greatly improved the competitive power of color TV industry. However, with the price demand elasticity becoming smaller and amaller, the price war as a main competition means has shown it's limits. This paper, based on the customer value competence strategy, by analyzing the prooess of China color-TV price war, puts forward that, with the changed. Circumstance only when enterprises abandon the traditional competence strategy logic and set up customer value competence strategy logic, can our enterprises avoid price war and realiz their competence aim.
